At TheraPetMD, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases. If your items aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or dander.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
